Delivery Charges:

Orders over $500 are freight free.
Regional will incur a freight charge subject to weight, destination and order value.
Orders under $500 are charged at freight rates provided by the freight company depending on weight, destination and order value.
The freight charge is not calculated until after the order has been confirmed.
Minimum order value is $300.
Sunshine Coast – local orders over $300 are freight free
Bulk items incur freight charge. Freight charge will depend on weight and destination.

Credits:

All damaged stock credit requests must be raised by email within 24 hours of delivery as per freight company policy.
To process a credit please send a detailed email including invoice number to sales@waivaclark.com.au with clear images of all the units requested with the best before date and batch number visible.
All returns must be returned in fully saleable condition.
Product credit due to purchaser error will be required to organise the return of product at own cost and transport.
Credit requests due to Waiva Clark error will be promptly rectified free of charge.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
All stock will remain Waiva Clark’s property until full payment is received.
All accounts with outstanding invoices will be placed on hold.
Credit card payments are accepted with a 1.1% surcharge fee.
